Ann Ballard, bap. Charlton on 8 October 1837. She married James Booth, a widower, labourer, at Buckland, Dover, on 10 August 1856.

James Thomas Ballard, born 10 September 1839, bap. Charlton on 12 September 1839. Died bef. 11 September 1853.

Charlotte Ballard, bap. Charlton on 11 June 1842. She married George Aldridge, a gunner in the Royal Artillery on 2 May 1863. More details
In 1861 she had a daughter, Maria Elizabeth, giving the father's name as Walter John Ballard, a name that is probably spurious (though he might have been called Walter). When Maria Elizabeth Ballard married Charlotte Aldridge was one of the witnesses.
