Thomas Pett, 32 Church Street, Chatham

The Pett Mineral Works opened at The Brook in 1866. The business transferred to 32 Church Street in1887 after selling the old premises to Thomas Bishop, trading there until 190 before forming a partnership with the Rochester company of Dove& Phillips. The Church Street works were then closed.
